Excellent hotel, great staff, great location, easy access to the centre of Backnang, just over the river. There is a lift up to the floor below the top one. Top floor is great, but not for those with disabilities, and is very hot in summer. Excellent and tasty breakfasts available, and can be part of your booking.

The hotel is located next to a large supermarket within 5-10minutes walk of the railway station. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's lots of hanging space,wall mounted shower gel and soap,a hairdryer and a TV (German channels). There's tea and coffee making facilities in the lobby. Breakfast was only 6 Euros but it was very basic. Staff were friendly. The drawback to the hotel was the location of the room directly next to a busy main road which made sleep difficult. I'd only recommend booking a room away from the road as it was really noisy.

The reception was nice from an older gentleman. Rooms and bathroom were generous. The TV was unfortunately very small. Breakfast was good. For a short stay to recommend. We were just one night because we were in the disco next to a event. The beautiful thing was that the artist was in the same hotel and we could take a picture at the entrance of the hotel on our way home.

Ich hatte dieses Hotel gebucht aufgrund der Lage für eine Dienstreise. Auf den Bildern sah alles sehr schön und modern aus. Als ich ankam wurde ich aber eines besseren belehrt. Der Check In lief gut und die Dame war auch sehr freundlich. Aber dann gings los. Die Dame meinte wir können uns solange Sie die Rechnung schreibt schon mal ein Bier im Restaurant bestellen. Ging aber nicht. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sagten es wäre schon geschlossen. Um 20.15Uhr am Sonntag.... Ok. Dann ohne Bier ins Zimmer. Hier die nächste Überraschung. Das Zimmer hatte nichts mit denen im Internet gezeigten Bildern zutun. Alte Zimmereinrichtung in Eiche Massiv mit einem Bett und einem Schrank. Das Bad auch nicht mehr allzu modern und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche eher gering. Was mich freute, dachte ich zumindest, war der Balkon. Also raus und begutachten. Der Balkon war aber für alle Zimmer auf dem Stockwerk und man kann in jedes Zimmer direkt reinschauen. Finde ich überhaupt nicht gut. Zum Schlafen also die Vorhänge komplett zu damit der Nachbar mir nicht beim Schlafen zusehen kann. Frühstück konnte dann wieder positiv überraschen. Gute Auswahl und sehr lecker. Lage des Hotels sehr abseits. 2 Bauernhöfe und das Hotel. Mehr gibts da nicht. Handy Empfang aber leider auch nicht. Somit muss man mit dem W-Lan auskommen welches aber gerade so zum surfen reicht. Film schauen oder Videos fast nicht möglich.
