GGuest UserNewly opened hotel, but there is no decoration in the room, the room is clean and tidy, everything is new, and the facilities are complete.
It is worth mentioning that the service is superb, the manager lady is warm and cheerful, approachable, and actively helps us coordinate the problem. The handsome guys and security guards at the front desk are also very good.
The breakfast was rich and delicious.
Anyway, the experience is perfect!

The front desk service attitude is excellent and they are enthusiastic in solving customer problems. The environment is very clean. The breakfast is clean and has a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant is very luxurious. Staying in this hotel is definitely a luxurious and great value experience and enjoyment.

LLanmeijiangjiangshanyaoniThe front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The hygiene is good, and the bed and pillow are quite comfortable. The towels look clean and it is very quiet at night. The indoor facilities are quite complete. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
There are many restaurants around, and they are not far away.
The only drawback is that I didn't find a full-length mirror, and I personally don't like the toothpaste (Liangmianzhen) in the disposable toothbrush, and I always feel that it is not clean.
However, if a friend passes by Bole, I am still willing to recommend it. The hotel is quite unique.

Is this just an impression? Although the equipment is complete, the experience is very poor, that is, the experience of the room. There is only a heater, and the heater cannot adjust the temperature. It feels hotter than summer. You should be able to reach 289 degrees in the house, both are turned on. I slept with the window open, but the air-conditioning service staff said that the floor heating could not be turned on and the unified heating could not be adjusted, so the friends who went there had to endure the heat, so that was no problem. We were supposed to stay for three nights, but we hurriedly checked out and changed rooms the next day. It was like a world of ice and fire. It was around minus 20 degrees outside and around 30 degrees inside. Dear friends, please pay attention.

GGuest User1. After parking the car, the security guard asked for a mobile phone number. When we were queuing to check in, we suddenly called on the mobile phone and asked us to face the front of the car.
2. I booked two rooms and asked for the same floor, the front desk agreed, and gave me the room card and found that it was not on the same floor. At this time, the front desk said that they did not agree to give us the same floor, saying that there is no room. When we proposed to find the front desk manager, we said that there was a room to change.
3. When we checked into the room, someone rushed over and asked us to make up the price difference, saying that the changed room was more expensive, but we refused.
4. We have two big boxes and 4-5 small bags. The full-time service staff saw that no one offered to help.
5. The room is arranged in the auxiliary building. No one reminded me when I checked in, and there was no sign to guide me. I couldn’t find the room in the main building when I went up the elevator, so I had to go to the front desk and ask for directions.
6. The buffet breakfast is rich, but the cake was not added for half an hour after the cake was finished, until I asked it to be added. Fried dumplings are not offered, so if asked, they are said to be for suite guests.
To sum up, the hardware condition is very good, but the service is a mess.

It is recommended to come here in summer, when it gets dark late and you can take pictures of the stars and sunset around the camp after playing. But it is not recommended in winter, especially for those who come back late or go to Sai Lake early in the morning to watch the sunrise. It is pitch black when you come back. It is still pitch black when you go out at 8:30 in the morning. All the lights in the camp are off, and you can't take pictures. The price is relatively not cost-effective.

Hot water: sufficient, strong water flow (it is best to bring your own towels, bath gel and shampoo, the ones provided by the hotel are not reliable)
Room: normal and clean, the window is bigger than expected, and the room is bright after opening the curtains
Smell: I stayed in the second room on the left hand side of the 2nd floor, no odor
Service: The front desk clerk with long yellow hair gave people a negative feeling (the people who gave 1 points probably had a lot to do with her attitude. The hotel at the entrance of the scenic spot is understandable for its high price and average facilities, but it is not right to have a bad attitude for a lot of money), and the other front desk clerk was quite normal.
