XXiangheaixujiejieyiqixingaiThe experience of staying at Hanting Hotel far exceeded expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The front desk lady smiled kindly, checked in efficiently, and reminded the breakfast time and surrounding traffic routes. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the air conditioning is quiet, and there is no pressure to sleep until dawn. The bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation, the toiletries are complete, the hot water supply is stable, and the details are reflected in every detail.
The hotel is super conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to the bus station, nearby restaurants and convenience stores are all available, and special snacks can be easily found at night. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, freshly cooked noodles and hot porridge are especially warm, the ingredients are fresh, and the meal is timely. Free high-speed WiFi and self-service laundry are too friendly for travelers and fully meet business needs.
The most moving thing is the service details: when I checked out, I found that I forgot to bring the charging cable, and the staff took the initiative to borrow the spare line; the room aunt would help sort out the scattered clothes when cleaning every day, and really made me feel at home. The king of cost-effectiveness, will definitely recommend it to friends, Hanting is the first choice for next trip!

The front desk service attitude is excellent and they are enthusiastic in solving customer problems. The environment is very clean. The breakfast is clean and has a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant is very luxurious. Staying in this hotel is definitely a luxurious and great value experience and enjoyment.

GGuest UserThis time staying at the No. 1 yard of Sailimu Lake Wangshan, it was really a very pleasant experience! The location of the homestay is excellent. You can see the magnificent scenery of Sailimu Lake by opening the window. The lake and mountains in the morning are refreshing. The rooms are very warm, clean and tidy, well-equipped, and very comfortable to live in. What impressed me most was the service of the homestay. The staff was very warm and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, every detail was taken care of in place, making people feel as warm as home. Whether it is the breakfast arrangement or the recommendation of the tourist route, I feel their intentions. If I have the opportunity to come to Sailimu Lake again, I will definitely choose here! Highly recommended to all friends who want to relax and enjoy the scenery!

LLanmeijiangjiangshanyaoniThe front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The hygiene is good, and the bed and pillow are quite comfortable. The towels look clean and it is very quiet at night. The indoor facilities are quite complete. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
There are many restaurants around, and they are not far away.
The only drawback is that I didn't find a full-length mirror, and I personally don't like the toothpaste (Liangmianzhen) in the disposable toothbrush, and I always feel that it is not clean.
However, if a friend passes by Bole, I am still willing to recommend it. The hotel is quite unique.

AAnonymous UserDuring the off-season, the front desk upgraded us to a log cabin. There was plenty of space. However, the room was not fully equipped, with only two electric heaters. There was no floor heating. On the second day of our stay, there was a strong snowstorm, and it was a bit cold to stay in the room. The toilet was not heated either, and it was very cold to sit on it. And the most fatal point: the sunshade shed or something on the wooden roof would constantly hit the outer wall of the log cabin when it was windy, which sounded very loud in the room, and it would affect sleep if you didn't wear earplugs. It was great that they could help pack breakfast and send it to the room. And it was super punctual. The picture shows the a la carte lunch. The portion was quite large! It was a bit of a pity that when we came, we encountered the renovation of the cafe, so we didn't get to check in. Finally, when we checked out, we encountered a strong snowstorm, and we stopped the waiter who passed by to ask if he could help with the luggage, but he hesitated and ran away.

Hot water: sufficient, strong water flow (it is best to bring your own towels, bath gel and shampoo, the ones provided by the hotel are not reliable)
Room: normal and clean, the window is bigger than expected, and the room is bright after opening the curtains
Smell: I stayed in the second room on the left hand side of the 2nd floor, no odor
Service: The front desk clerk with long yellow hair gave people a negative feeling (the people who gave 1 points probably had a lot to do with her attitude. The hotel at the entrance of the scenic spot is understandable for its high price and average facilities, but it is not right to have a bad attitude for a lot of money), and the other front desk clerk was quite normal.
