Hotel Rosenbrock is very good hotel with free parking, when reaching the room has a 1-litre mineral water (cortesia) in the rooms, although it is not near the beach (about 8 squares), it is very good hotel with free parking, and it has a 1-litre mineral water (cortesia) in the rooms, small detail but sometimes helps mostly mothers with children, when check out you always have some mimo or a memory and the team has excellent treatment with customers and a very well served full breakfast.

Room without a table with a chair .
The door lacked towel, the door box sabun falling all roughly.
Room with a terrible smell of chest and covers smelling bad .
Dark lift and smelling of mofe.
They promise parking on the site but you don't have.
I was in the bottom of the very bad room.
The breakfast that saves you from so many bad things.

GGuest UserThis is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app.
I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel.
However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿
They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted.
In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle!
These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

RRodrigoThe hotel has a great location in the Camború Balneário, but it left to wish for breakfast because the orange juice served was acetic. I had a problem with the shower, but it was solved by the hotel team.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect, the breakfast is bored.
But the facilities are bad.
You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean.
All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

GGuest UserAll perfect, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, very good room, air-conditioned that works, indoor and outdoor pool working very well, clean, and not to mention breakfast, super complete, in the right measure in terms of food variation, not little or much, in the ideal and super well done. Thank you for the beautiful moments living there in Balneário Camboriu.

KKarlaThe room was small but cosy. The breakfast was perfect. It was not varied. I just think the coffee could start earlier and extend until at least 10:30. And the TVs should be smart. I liked it.
