Absolutely hated my stay here. I know it’s only a 3 star but that doesn’t mean certain standards shouldn’t be adhered to! I booked a superior room but it was filthy. The mini fridge was gungy and the drain hole clogged with black gunk. The curtains had bugs hiding in them and the wallpaper peeling and dated. The carpet was that bad I wore my shoes to walk round the room and the shower, taps and basin were in dire need of a good bleach and scrub. Soap scum and hairs, no plug, the shower head grimy, There was also a terrible stench if sewage in the room I presumed was coming from a drain in the bathroom. I didn’t use the shower, it was too dirty. The hotel is in dire need of a good clean and update. The pool itself looked nice but the outer areas I was looking forward to enjoying again were dirty with broken furniture . It basically looked like a 1970s hostel. There were silverfish in the room . And other bugs which were horrible ! Windows that didn’t shut or were cracked. Only one lift worked. Pretty bad show. That said, the staff were nice enough. Not their fault the management is so bad. Domestic staff nice enough too but they obviously don’t clean the taps and shower head etc. The area is not great as there is nothing there apart from a Lidl a ten minute walk away. The road is constantly noisy too. If you want to go anywhere you will need a taxi. Shame as if it was given a good overhaul it could be so much better. I have to return in a few weeks but will certainly avoid this place. The photos on the web are obviously from a long time ago.

Some rooms need renovation. Service was great. Breakfast delicious. The location is next to the airport, but getting there is hard, the street on the map which is going there is actually a offroad gravel road. Alternative way is to ho 2 km to sofia and then make a u,-turn. But I still recommended for one night stands close to airport.

Room is a bit old style. TV is small. Shuttle to airport not on time for my reserved time (Waited 30+ min), but not sure if this is common. Breakfast is great (considering the grade of the hotel - a variety of hot options). Great view of city and parking lot in room. Friendly staff.

I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. El **Be One** es un hotel con instalaciones modernas, cómodas y elegantes. El personal, tanto en recepción como en el área de desayuno, fue siempre amable y resolutivo. Un detalle encantador es que la decoración del hotel está inspirada en ”El Principito”, lo que añade un toque especial a la experiencia. El desayuno ofrecía una buena variedad y la calidad de los alimentos también era destacable. Además, la ubicación es excelente: a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro comercial **The Mall**, en una zona tranquila y segura. Muy recomendable para una estancia agradable y sin preocupaciones.

Clean, perfect location, free parking. The beds are a bit hard and it would be better of you guys check whether the bottles of water in the rooms are full; mines were empty.

Rooms are clean, staff interest is good Consider it just to sleep.

This is an apartment-style hotel, a bit far from the city center, but the public transport is very convenient. The suite is clean and tidy, with two big beds, and the kitchen has basic kitchenware, so you can cook by yourself. There is a convenience store downstairs, which has small commodities of fruits and vegetables. There is a big shopping center next to it, where there are dining, shopping, and entertainment. There is a bus stop on the main road with 10 lines. There is a big sister who is responsible for management and cleaning. She speaks a little English. She is very nice and has a very good service attitude. The hotel can deliver to the airport for free. It should also be available. After booking for a few days, the itinerary changed and the free change period was missed. Ctrip coordinated to say that it could not be changed, and it had to collect the money as scheduled. After arriving, the eldest sister said that in the end the hotel decided to settle according to the actual number of days of stay.
