Greatest place yet pool was clean and awesome un like hurts hotel liverpool.

Nicely furnished room with excellent bathroom and bed mattress also very good. We had a room overlooking the garden. We had difficulty in finding the Reception area as there were no signs posted to show us and no allocated parking. We also had some difficulty in knowing where to eat and whether orders were taken or where we had to go to place an order. I also received at least 6 emails from them asking me to confirm my booking and confirmation that they would debit my card for the first night accommodation but they took the lot. All in all though it is a cut above the rest in terms of accommodation and amenities but really does need some good management of their staff to ensure a smooth stay.

One of the best motels to live in, with large rooms and well-designed sanitation facilities, but the affiliated Chinese restaurant looks down on Chinese people and pretends not to understand Mandarin. I went directly to the CBD of Campbelltown to eat, most of which were halal. I ordered a Turkish plate, and the main course was mutton, which was enough for a family of three. I also ordered a beef roll to take back to the hotel for breakfast the next day. Nice hotel, good Turkish food.

The executive suite room itself was extremely clean. The kitchen all the utensils and everything needed. Massive king sized bed. Air-con worked well. Shower water pressure was amazing too. The reason for 4 stars, I stayed over the Easter weekend. There was kids constantly running up and down the corridor and shouting loud the whole time I was there. I seen the parents at the end of corridor and asked if there’s a chance they could try keep the noise down, but there was a language barrier and they said they couldn’t speak English. The reception closes at 5pm and reopened at 9am the following morning. I checked out very early, well before they opened so nothing I could do as the number that was left for “after hours” wasn’t answered. Yes I would recommend this place and yes I would stay again but this experience did put a bit of a dampener on it.

Overall this is a very budget friendly hotel in a great spot with food right outside your door. With a mall and train station nearby it’s pretty much everything you’d want for budget stays. I will say I had no sleep however as the bed and pillows were awful. It is also incredibly loud here. No one seems to care about people sleeping as they bang and talk very loudly, with echoeing hallways. So as much as it has a lot of plus points I wouldn’t recommend unless it was for 1 or 2 nights or you can handle the noise and not great sleeping arrangements. Staff were lovely.

For anyone like myself, who spent the 80's & 90's traveling around Australia, this motel offers a very familiar service. It's rare to find that these days and in less urban areas I miss it as this was a feature of domestic travel we've been loosing. From the biscuits with the kettle and milk in the fridge to the outdoor pool and parking, it's a nostalgic and comforting experience. That doesn't mean anything was dated or old/in need of work. Everything looked in good nick to me. Of particular note was the service. I had an appointment in the morning so I needed to arrive prior to official check-in time. Experience has tough me to book an extra night to ensure access to the room when I need it early like this and I did that here. On calling the motel to book direct and explain the situation (so they didn't think I was a no show and release the room) they gave me a very good rate for the extra night, knowing I wouldn't be using the room on that night but rather booking so I had early access the next morning. Really great experience.

Very good location. Bed is not particularly problematic. The staff is unusually friendly. It was a calm atmosphere.
