Excellent stay and very warm and welcoming. Good local sites and staff are very friendly upon checkin, giving us a selection of rooms to choose which was most convenient
However the balcony provided was a little dirty and had lots of cobwebs on it

Nice size rooms , some need refurbishing, would like a fridge. Clean but not spotless. Paid extra to have a room with opening doors as it was a hot night and no air conditioning. Disappointed that you have to pay £10 each! To go in the pool as it’s in the spar building ran separately, wasn’t special so we didn’t bother but it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel as it was on their hotel photos and list of amenities which is false advertising!

The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient transportation and a subway and shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and tidy, warmly decorated and fully equipped. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. I will choose to stay here again next time.

Lovely setting, plenty parking. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on restaurants. Just next door there’s a cafe and a pizzeria with a marque type set up and also a van that serves churros, donuts and crepes in the evening. Plenty of walking around and about. Only thing that was a little annoying is not being able to use the pool without booking a spa treatment which we did not do.
