Very reasonably priced accommodation. Room very similar to modern Premier Inn rooms - basic but comfortable. Electric shower, good towels, shower gel and liquid soap provided. Hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a fan if you are too hot. Small TV. Communication from owners is extremely good. Car parking and access to accommodation information is emailed or texted to you. It is all very clear. No lift. There is a big lounge area downstairs that we did not use. Vending machine contains crisps, chocolate bars and drinks. Five minute drive to a big Tesco, including fuel, and an Aldi.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel. It was just a lovely welcome, clean, friendly staff. The beds are amazing very comfy And I'd definitely be recommending it to everyone that I know

Everything you need for an overnight stop.. Was concerned about entry with no staff but everything worked well. Nearby is the Bee's Knees pub . Great place for evening meal and friendly atmosphere.

Great location. Rooms modern and spotless. Beds comfortable and bedding high quality. The shower was excellent and overall really good value. This is a contactless hotel but the process is so easy. There are countless places nearby for food. We had breakfast at Cafe Mosaic which was excellent. We'd definitely stay here again

The communal areas on arrival were very basic and smelt terrible, either from guests cooking in basic kitchen or a drain smell. The room was clean bedding was good. Facilities very basic with electric shower and again a drain smell. My parter stated she would not stay here on her own as she wouldn’t feel safe.

The place was clean and not too expensive, that’s about all I can recommend about it. Impersonal and stuck on the edges of town within an industrial estate, it wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m visiting Cirencester again.

Great value hotel
Booked this hotel for a wedding as it's one of the cheapest in the area. The location is perfect ten minute walk into the lovely Cirencester. Much better area than the premier inn across the road. If you're looking for a affordable no frills hotel this is the one for you!
