The hotel staff was amazing! Every question was answered & every ask was met with kindness. The people here are true problem solvers & so helpful. Special shoutout to Tom who dealt with many crazy requests as we were dealing with logistical challenges & a lost wallet. Very thankful we stayed here!!

The boys at the valet were awesome! So friendly and helpful! You all rock! We came down from Cleveland for the Luke Combs concert and had a great experience! Would recommend this location to anyone venturing down this way! Easy walking distance to most places!

Atmosfera accogliente ed elegantemente informale per questo hotel nella downtown di Cincinnati a pochi passi dalla fountain square. Arredo curato. Personale e ricevimento alla reception molto gentile e professionale Camere curate nell’arredo e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. È possibile fare colazione nel locale adiacente connesso all’hotel.

Good location! Valet was great! Hotel was clean! AC worked great! Would have given 5 stars but as other reviews mentioned, seemed like walls had no insulation-could hear people in hall like they were in our room! Street noise was a minimum since we were on the 9th and AC was loud! Would most likely stay again if I were in town!

Tom was a terrific valet! He greeted me, grabbed our bags and talked to us while walking in. He is so personable and a hard worker. He always had my car ready when I needed it and was always smiling. What a great touch to staying at a fun hotel downtown!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I had booked a three-night stay weeks in advance. My flight was delayed, so I checked in late at 2am, and when I did, they told me that the hotel was fully booked and that they had given my room away. They directed me to another hotel which was already sold out and was not remotely helpful or sympathetic about the situation they put me in. I had to find another hotel on my own literally in the middle of the night. This was an awful experience and no way to treat anyone, much less a loyal Bonvoy member for years. If this can happen to me, it can happen to you.
