Hotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff. The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated. It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.

Dontez was super friendly, helpful and fast with getting our car! When we got here he helped us park and explained what the valet service was and how it is used! It felt reassuring!

Of the three hotels we stayed in this week, this one was the most welcoming and the room had the most space. I could have stayed here for a week comfortably. The breakfast options were plentiful and the eating space was clean and large. The staff were all very friendly.

Our experience at Homewood Suites in Cincinnati was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the valet service blew us away—Luca, in particular, was outstanding. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine respect made our stay all the more special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We all had a great time in Cincy! The hotel was in a great location - the pillows were fluffy and Luca was the man getting us our car in an excellent manner!! The rooms are spacious with huge windows. Loved the little kitchenette too. We will definitely be coming back!!

Very clean and smells so good! You can walk everywhere you need to go for fun and great food!!! Would stay here again if back in Cincinnati.

Outstanding service. Friendly and professional valet staff. Front desk was helpful also in pointing us in the right direction for restaurant tips. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good refrigerator. Furniture was also comfortable.
