My friend and I booked a 2-bedroom 2-bath suite which was immaculately clean and spacious. Self checkin and checkout were seamless using the app. The free breakfast was better than average (regular and veggie sausage, breakfast taco bar, assorted pastries, and more) and even included take-out boxes which was a nice touch. The room was super quiet, and having our own rooms - each with a big TV, full bathroom, and individual thermostat - let us have privacy while still sharing the living room and well-equipped kitchenette. Lots of restaurants nearby and a big Kroger within walking distance. Finding the hotel was slightly tricky and we both ended up going around once or twice before figuring out where the entrance was, but not a big deal. Most importantly the a/c was icy cold in the middle of a dreadful heat wave! Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Out of towner here In Cincinnati for the first time. Son organized trip to take me to the Zoo for my birthday. Suite was booked, price seemed a little average but overall, good service, comfy beds and pillows. Clean. Large room. Son stayed on sofa bed said it was comfy. Only complaint is they need another chair in the room. The chair they have leans back and I almost fell sitting into it. Had a kitchen. Needed more coffee packs but they have coffee in the lobby. The breakfast was really good and so many options. It was very clean and Food was prepared well. Liked they had to go boxes , we did that after the first day. Lots of fruit different choices and the waffles were great. Free bottles of water which was a very nice added bonus. Even had beer and wine you could buy. Overall I would definitely stay there again! Swing shift front desk employee was not friendly and gave my son dirty looks everyday but the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Didn't get any housekeeping service during the 4 days we were there??? Don't know why. Had to ask for a big garage bag as our breakfast takeout and other garbage was piling up. Housekeeping was happy to help with that. Would suggest larger extra bags in the kitchen area. Garbage disposal had something in it so I didn't use it, reported it to the front desk. Close to movie theater and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was a quiet hotel too. We took Uber everywhere and it didn't seem to far from the city. Free parking and internet. Didnt use pool but checked it out. Pretty small and so was the exercise room. Definitely recommended!
