This centrally located, unique condo is the perfect spot for visiting Cincinnati. It is close to 3 hospitals (Children's, UC Health, Christ Hospital) and the University of Cincinnati. You will be a 10 minute walk from some of the best restaurants and bars located in Over-the-Rhine and Pendleton. It is the perfect place to relax after exploring downtown Cincinnati (5-minute drive), or a show at the Music Hall or the Arnoff Center. Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow: Parking: There is free street parking on Mulberry and surrounding streets. Be sure to remove all belongings from your vehicle as this is the city. Luggage: Please utilize the community back staircase to bring your luggage upstairs. To do this, unlock the door by the kitchen (lower level) and the door in the back bedroom (upper level). Communal Space The backyard space is open for you to enjoy. The grill is provided for communal use. If you do use it, please clean it after each use. Coffee Machine Fill the water tank on the right side with water (filtered water is available from the fridge) Coffee pods are in the drawer to the right of the dishwasher Please remove used pods and place in the garbage **Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.** Check Out Process 1. Put all dishes in the dishwasher, drop a detergent packet in and start! (If dishwasher won't start, it is usually because the switch is off by the sink!) 2. Put all used towels in the washer, add detergent and start! 3. Set temperature in the house to 72 degrees. 4.
