無意間看到的一篇推文，就立馬下單趕過來了。預訂之後管家Amy主動加了我微信，一對一為我介紹，言語之中感覺非常耐心和親切，到酒店見到本人後，發現果然是位人美心善的小姐姐。這家君瀾走的是中式風，大廳的榫卯結構、樓梯、燈籠以及各種擺件都體現了濃濃的國風，室外的亭台樓閣彷彿到了蘇州園林，非常出片～ 這次是帶着小朋友來的，我們訂的是雙床榻榻米房，兩張1.35的床可以拼成個超級大床，娃睡覺隨意翻滾。玩方面更加全面，因為天熱我們是奔着玩水來的，室內泳池分成人+小童，小童泳池自帶水上樂園，直接搬來一座大飛機，孩子玩的不肯出來。另外5樓頂樓也有兩個露天泳池，也分成人+小童，真的很人性化。除了玩水，還有個小型淘氣堡，真的太適合溜娃了。另外成人來也不無聊，桌球、乒乓球、桌球、健身房、k歌、各種遊戲機……關鍵玩的地方和泳池挨着，非常方便！總之，這趟出行真是一次非常棒的體驗！

I often stay in high-end hotels, rarely write reviews, and rarely give negative reviews, but this time I felt very bad, so I left a negative review. I chose Xi'an entirely because it is a fashionable and light luxury hotel under Jinjiang (China). But the facilities and equipment are the worst among the many Xi'an hotels I've stayed in. I like staying in Xi'an entirely because of their latex mattresses, but there is none here. It's almost the same as an ordinary hotel bed, and it's uncomfortable to sleep on. The quilt was too thick, and it was hot and cold without covering me. My daughter and I didn't have a good sleep all night. I even caught a cold! And the ”Push Your Concert” thing in the bathroom is an OEM! The room priced at 599 yuan is not suitable at all. After this experience, I will never choose Xi'an again next time!

JJOOZWAYI have always wanted to experience the beauty of Qiandao Lake. It was my birthday so I rewarded myself with a trip to Qiandao Lake. For such a leisurely vacation, the choice of homestay is so important! Yungu Songjian Homestay was planted as soon as I saw its pictures. It is surrounded by mountains and has a white two-story building. It has a unique atmosphere even on rainy days. It also has a large swimming pool. It is also very good for taking photos at night. The afternoon tea is exquisite and delicious. They can also provide full meals. They are all authentic specialties. They are delicious and tasty. The staff of the homestay are very enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to ask about your needs and everything is arranged properly! You can feel the kindness and warmth. This really gave me a great experience of the trip to Qiandao Lake!

GGuest UserI traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined.
First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above.
On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard.
Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

WWuyanyanIt’s was our first time in the resort stay only one night but our stay was very pleasant tks to all the staff very helpful, we booked garden view but they help us upgrade to lake view and special tks to MAKSIM for his hospitality and help,
The resort it’s every well located easy to find ,
The room very clean and comfortable, the restaurant have very good and testy food, the breakfast buffet was great.
All the recreational area are spectacular.
I will definitely back to the resort.

SSmall WandererA 5* hotel for Chinese customers, not international guests.
The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above.
However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel:
- no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant.
- it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best.
- Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice.

KKaz1113This is our second stay at Voco and we returned because of the beautiful scenery, great service and wide breakfast spread. Kudos to Bill at lobby for his helpful tour related advice and May Hu (guest services) for rectifying the shower problem quickly. The staff ferrying us in the buddy was great too. In all, we are satisfied with our stay but would be great if front desk are kept aware of returning guests. We love this resort!

The lobby manager Xiutian was very enthusiastic and sent welcome fruit drinks;
It is great to have a laundry room. I feel that having a laundry room has become a necessary condition for me to book a hotel in the future;
The breakfast is also good, quite rich. The children ate tea eggs, bread, white porridge and juice;
The children's playground is also good. The children played in it for a long time. It is a must-choose parent-child hotel for lying-flat travel with children;
I didn't experience the swimming pool because the weather was a little cold;
A small episode, there is a happy dog downstairs in the hotel. It doesn't have any class flavor. I envy it instantly when I see it. Why can't I be happy like him by playing with a branch?
In four days, two nights in Hangzhou and two nights in Qiandao Lake, I changed four hotels. I was more satisfied with Intercity and Novotel. The other two are ** what the hell, Huazhu is still quite reliable!

MMarisolDoloresWe are really pleased with the stay at this hotel.
Location is comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. There is even a nucleic acid testing place nearby which is important these days when you travel. All the tourist attractions are also easily available by didi ride (about 10-15 minutes).
Hotel service is polite and always there for you to help you. In the lobby you can find a nice travel agent who will suggest you the daily trips and activities.
The room and the rest of the spaces are clean. I would suggest though to check the pipes in the toilet because there was this characteristic bad smell. A little minus for the room amenities is the lack of a fridge.
Hotel has a free laundry which is a life saver when you do a lot of water sports every day.
We really like sport so we were happy with the swimming pool and the table tennis place.
Swimming pool is big and comfortable but there was this loud megaphone during the day which made it hard to relax. Other guests could hear it as well from their rooms.
