Narada Resort & Spa Properties in Chun'an

The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely.

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped with thoughtful details. The moment you enter, you're greeted by the pleasant scent of osmanthus blossoms – I even wanted to buy a bottle of their aromatherapy diffuser! The recreational areas are plentiful, including a gym, arcade games, and a swimming pool with very clean water. There are also treehouses, billiards, and ping-pong tables. The restaurant is also very nice. Cleanliness: Very clean. The washbasins, balconies, and windowsills were all spotless and dust-free. Toiletries were plentiful and of decent quality; the toothbrushes were soft-bristled with wide heads, not the hard kind. The welcome fruit was also very thoughtful. Environment: Beautiful environment! Opening the window reveals a lake, layered mountains in the distance, rustling leaves, and the gentle murmur of flowing water – very peaceful and soothing. Service: Absolutely perfect. Our butler, Ms. Wang, was very nice and attentive, recommending fun and delicious places to eat nearby and doing her best to help with our needs! This hotel, newly opened in 2025, is truly excellent. The facilities are all new, and I hope they maintain this quality!
