I was old and directly arranged a high-rise and quiet place. The most important thing to say is breakfast. The restaurant is very large, with 5 stalls and a lot of food varieties. A terrific location with amazing hikes and amenities within the resort. Front of house staff are welcoming and eager to assist. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. Servers Grace and Echo are extremely polite and lovely. Avoid the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor as the service and food quality are below standard.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

It took 8 hours to drive from Shanghai to Qiandao Lake during the Qingming Festival. When I arrived at the hotel, the fatigue was relieved by the warm atmosphere in front of me, and even turned into excitement. The three-day and two-night stay was very good, and the holiday feeling was full. This is a very attentive hotel, with a low-key design and natural beauty (the photos were taken from the hotel). The hardware and ingredients are of high quality, and the subtle and warm service is a plus. I will choose Keren next time.

The room is large and clean, with complete facilities. The KTV has good sound quality. The songs are very complete, and you can scan the QR code to order songs The yacht trip is very pleasant. The food provided by the chef is also very good.

The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

Service: The service provided by the hotel staff really exceeded my expectations. I am a hotel industry practitioner, and I work in luxury hotels, but I am really a little ashamed of myself. From the time of check-in, although it was almost 10 o'clock in the evening, the sister at the front desk still sent us to the elevator and introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment to us. Because I was careless and booked the wrong room type, the staff actively solved it and offered to help us change rooms the next day, and gave us a free upgrade. Whether it is the front desk, the breakfast restaurant or the room sister, every staff member always smiles, which makes people feel very good. On the first day we went out to play, it rained but the clothes were dried on the balcony. The hotel staff contacted us by phone at the first time, and helped us put the clothes in after asking for opinions. It really feels that the service is superb! There is a garden at the back, with swings, a terrace with crystal chairs, flower baskets, and a climbing area for children, which is very suitable for taking children to spend the summer vacation. Hygiene: The hotel lady will come to clean the room every day. We stayed for 4 nights, and the towels will be changed and the garbage will be taken away. Environment: The whole hotel is surrounded by the lake. You can see the whole lake view by opening the window, and the sunshine is also very good. Welcome fruit: The fruits given are lychees, bananas and peaches, all of which are seasonal fruits, and the quantity is not small. We arrived too late on the first day and did not use fruits. After the room lady found out, she took the initiative to send us another new one. Minibar: Coke, Sprite and Qiandao Lake beer are all free. 100 yuan fish head voucher: The restaurant in the hotel really made me shine. It is very different from the hotel restaurant we expected. I thought it would be a thunder, but it is really delicious. It is the best meal we had in Qiandao Lake for 4 days. I strongly recommend soup dumplings and corn ribs pot (all ribs, no bones to fool guests), and the price is also reasonable! If I were to say that this hotel was the most impressive thing about this trip, it was really from the moment I checked in that I was looking forward to writing a review. I would also recommend this hotel to all my friends who are traveling to Qiandao Lake. I hope your hotel's business will get better and better. Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn
