If you want to go directly to the restaurant on B1 in the morning, you'll have to walk through an underground parking lot. If you prefer not to, I suggest going down from the first floor through the garden area, which is a much nicer environment, unless it's raining. For charging new energy vehicles, I recommend going to B2, as the price is slightly cheaper there.
