設施：小童樂園很大，小朋友在裏面玩的很開心，還免費提供防滑襪。酒店的洗漱用品和牙具也很不錯。還有冰箱裏免費的零食和軟飲提供。
服務：工作人員態度都很熱情，每一位見到都會跟我們打招呼。管家七七服務周到，主動發送遊玩指南，有問必答，有求必應。退房時還送了伴手禮。
環境：酒店整體環境很不錯，就是住的這天下雨，都在室內遊玩，室外公區沒體驗到。周邊吃的店很多，方便。
衞生：房間衞生也很不錯。
唯一缺點就是我們這個房型比較低，在三樓，看不到湖景。建議大家定高樓層一些的湖景房。

定的是3晚湖景大床房，酒店在千島湖中心湖區C位，陽台上就能看到最美位置的湖景，又能看日落。酒店豪華大氣，酒店內湖景色美麗，有各式各樣五顏六色的魚，房間寬敞，佈局精緻合理，設施齊全，服務到位，早餐豐富，中餐廳的雙人套餐也非常精緻，性價比高，一切都很滿意。

酒店環境非常好，綠化率高，空氣清新，早餐也很豐富，還有手工酸奶，b1的湖邊有個樂園，相當大，小孩子的天堂啊，玩的不亦樂乎，裏面有個小黃阿姨對小孩特別親切，特地準備了水和紙巾給小朋友
