因為是訂了loft空調25度太熱，衹能調低要蓋被子。晚上9：00開始打前台電話，要加被子。打不通，微信找管家也沒消息。第二天早上表示歉意送了洗護套裝，服務響應不及時，衹會表面功夫的問是否滿意。
