酒店不錯，風景優美！前台工作人員餘歡，保潔阿姨方慧連服務態度都挺好，有求必應。贈送的旅拍也很不錯，我們全家5人拍了幾張合影，工作人員熱情又耐心，也沒有任何推銷。這次旅行爸媽都很滿意，值得推薦！

酒店地理位置優越，住宿環境舒適，有很多優惠的活動及營銷小心思，最值的表揚的是服務態度友好熱情，每天早上出發時都有笑臉相迎，特別表揚我們A區三樓的唐麗霞，有問必答熱心暖心。另一位服務員洪愛琴也很熱情，面對長者上不了wifi等情況也及時迴應。總結，這是一次相當愉悦的體驗，下次來千島湖還住voco。[勝利]

隨時有接駁車接送，早餐品種豐盛很好吃。就是在承諾的入住時間後到店但無房等了很久。然後吧枱的飲品比較單調，有幾款感覺就是湊數的
