房間很乾凈，客房主管童華英及每天幫我們整理的服務人員解奇英服務非常好。酒店坐落於小島之上，三面環水，房間可以看日落，景色十分漂亮。

整體環境很棒，泳池很漂亮，很適合帶孩子來玩，送了很多飲料和小食。特別是打掃衞生的胡全娟阿姨很細心周到。

傍晚到的，一開門撲面而來的煙味，很濃郁，在房間不到五分鐘，開窗通風，出去吃魚頭。回來後煙味一直有，對一家三口不抽煙的我們很不友好。打電話給前台，立刻安排換房，速度很快，還送了雙人下午茶。換了三樓，陽台大一點，發現一壁虎，小朋友開心極了，意外的小驚喜。 禮賓部的李師傅晚上用車去大馬路，來回接送，服務很好，高温天氣依然保持熱情對待，點大大的贊👍

房間環境好，服務很到位，特別是服務員方翠芳和方鑫娉，推薦了餐廳還送了薑茶，感謝

酒店周圍還比較方便，一出門就是一條魚頭街，喊外賣也方便！但是酒店的大堂吧比較小，早餐也不夠128元的標準，品種太少，品質不高

The guest rooms are reasonably designed, spacious and comfortable, exquisitely decorated and tidy, with complete facilities, convenient life, and picturesque scenery outside the window. The hotel service is even more warm and thoughtful. When checking in at the lobby, the professionalism and meticulousness of the staff member Wang Xuemei impressed us deeply. She not only quickly completed the check-in procedures for us according to the process, but also enthusiastically asked about our other needs and tried her best to meet them. She also introduced the surrounding attractions and transportation to facilitate our travel. The shuttle bus drivers Zhang and Li of the concierge department are conscientious and responsible, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Not only are they available on call, but they also choose the parking points for getting on and off in safe and convenient places for us. The room attendant Wang Manping and another unknown waitress not only cleaned the room meticulously, but also provided various services we needed temporarily in a timely manner.
