服務很好，早餐也很好，送了歡迎水果和飲料，很貼心，出門有接駁車服務，酒店贈送的旅拍服務，很好。選片也沒有強制服務。一切都滿意。

一個人拖着兩個孩子出門玩，辦理入住遇到前台貝貝小姐姐，非常感謝，贈送了小朋友一個早餐。服務態度特別好，笑容親和力很強。
在美拍時，遇到接駁車章師傅，孩子接駁車沒做夠，還拉着溜達了一圈，非常感謝，一個老五星級酒店了，服務依舊能跟上，非常不錯。

細節衞生一般，也是沒有想到的是，兩千多一晚的酒店，看到了冰箱裏可樂的隱形消費，放在了較高的位置，夾在了本子裏！
酒店設施較老，細節衞生處理的還是不太夠，泳池比想象中小，還有人一直直播！影響體驗感再就是入住需要等到兩點半才能辦理
簡陋的套房陽台桌子，附着的鳥色，小童房設定在客廳
颱風天窗户異響非常嚴重

酒店其實就是老酒店，衹是泳池應該是新弄的。房間基礎設施比較差，感覺有一點點黴味，真心覺得跟同價位的酒店不能比。外賣也沒有機器人送到房間，需要自己去樓下櫃子拿，櫃子也沒有鎖，很混亂。第二天入住了洲際，價格差不多，但是感覺完全天差地別！11：40前台就打電話問要不要續住，意思就是催退房，下午酒店就打電話來問能不能給好評，反正感覺就是那種魚龍混雜的酒店，體驗感非常差！
