Really nice room with a small outdoor space. Kind of a pity I can’t enjoy it much in the winter. Lady’s service was great and prompt. Location is nice, beside a small local food street

Really nice hotel. Our room felt like our own high design home. The location is perfect, just beside the cosy walking street. The breakfast and the “tea break” was really nice. The staff was very friendly and put service and customer comfort in top priority. We really felt welcome and will definitely come back.

衞生：乾淨衞生，比臨湖的湖景房要衞生很多
環境：雖然不是湖景房，但緊挨騎龍巷，特色小吃很多也很出片，同時推薦冷場甜品店，離所有核心景區開車打車也都是十分鐘左右
服務：管家式服務，回覆迅速，貼心且專業，適合自駕出遊，旁邊有合作停車場，五一晚上也有很多車位可停。
mini吧暢飲:酒店內的酒吧是旅途的意外驚喜！調酒師帥氣又專業，節假日年輕人爆滿，強烈推薦，再去千島湖還會體驗

房間非常乾淨，也很大， 出乎意料的好， 剛好碰到生日，讓酒店幫忙佈置了一下～到了以後還有小禮物收～ 酒店的小哥哥也很熱情幫忙拿行李， 周邊吃的玩的交通也非常方便，很棒的一次體驗。 早餐也很豐盛～下次來還定。

服務態度非常好，管家式服務，前台小姐姐很有親和力，下午茶，晚安甜湯，第二天的早餐，都是直接送到房間的，這個五星級服務絕對可以的😁，棒棒噠，唯一的缺點就是隔壁是個酒吧，晚上音樂會有點吵。

位置不錯，有種進入山城的感覺，鬧中取靜。服務周到，耐心有禮貌。房間設施齊全，整潔乾淨。早餐送到房間用餐，兩個人吃不完並不是味道不行，而是太多了，然後就打包啦。若有機會一定再來。
