體驗感非常好，管家千千每天都會把活動發來，送了好多東西，到了是晚上客房部樑阿姨貼心送了酸奶和曲奇餅乾，耐心的詢問還缺什麼，對了，還貼心的準備了小驚喜，樑阿姨真的是有心了，暑假準備再來玩幾天

設施：設施比較老久，缺少了一些智能化，但該有的也都有。有個小童游泳池孩子很喜歡
衞生：衞生很棒，東西都很乾凈。
環境：旁邊就是千島湖，環境是一級棒，還有些散養的孔雀偶爾路過叫幾聲，讓人體驗到自然之美，不過睡眠淺的也可能會被打擾。
服務:有專屬的酒店管家，每天推送活動，解答疑問，門口有接待處派送電瓶車接送到酒店大門口。
幻想島親子門票（1大1小）:裏面的設施偏低齡一些，沒怎麼去過遊樂園的小朋友會覺得很新鮮，經常去的可能感興趣的不多，會送點遊戲幣玩一些遊戲機，用完了再想玩就要自己買了。
BOBO萌寵樂園:這個孩子很喜歡，很多小動物都很可愛，有土撥鼠、兔子、豚鼠、松鼠、小浣熊、梅花鹿、羊駝等。
森森運動場體驗:類似於小沙灘，有些無動力遊樂設施，免費體驗還是不錯的

酒店很棒，非常適合遛娃，小童娛樂設施很豐富，大人也有拍照打卡非常出片的地方。沙灘咖啡非常chill，拍到的美美的日落。管家希希的服務也很熱情，退房還送了伴手禮。客房服務童阿姨，看到我們晚上回房間還特地送上酸奶，很温暖。

端午節錯峯出行，預訂的中心湖景房，安排了最高樓層中間位置，視野很不錯。保潔樑阿姨很nice，要沖奶，幫忙多拿了幾瓶水，送的小玩具車寶寶很喜歡。園區有散養的孔雀，看到了開屏
