帶着孩子和外婆入住了千島湖的開元酒店，客流量大，下午三點才可以入住房間，等了約1個多小時才入住，入住後有問題隨時諮詢客服“甜甜”，温馨服務和提醒隨時都在線，還是很給力的！酒店靠湖邊，環境不錯，孩子們玩的設施也不錯（不管是否下雨，室外、室內都可以盡情地玩）

看評論説房間設施老舊，其實還好，衹是燈光比較暗，需要寫作業的小朋友有桌椅但要自帶枱燈。我預訂了兩個不同訂單，前台很好主動給升級了房間，不用再搬一次。辦理入住時管家湯圓就加了微信，陪同到房間給酒店各樓層設施做了介紹，還發了活動時間表，晚上還會提醒有夜宵，服務很貼心。感謝客房服務員樑阿姨開床時做了精心佈置，還送了水果，給了小朋友一個驚喜。總之，開元還是很適合帶孩子度假的，孩子玩不夠，大人也不累。
