北京一路玩到千島湖，首先酒店在千島湖的位置很好，小童友好適合親子家庭，大堂人員微笑服務並且很熱情，管家丫丫和客房林娟服務很滿意，房間裝修比較老了但還算乾淨。唯一不滿意的是禮賓部擺渡車，提前打電話告知人數需要擺渡車，在大門口車站處等禮賓部擺渡車時，等擺渡車過來掉頭的時候有兩位其他未排隊的旅客攔車，禮賓部開擺渡車的人員直接讓上車沒有按照順序接人導致我們一行人沒有坐下，很不滿意。絕對需要培訓一下咱們的工作人員，並告知讓客人到車站排隊上車。服務4分是給禮賓部

週末帶家人來玩，人比較多還有小朋友，就定的一個獨棟別墅。入住感覺還蠻好的，很多年都能看到湖，景色都很不錯。
酒店的遊樂設施小朋友很喜歡，第一天去玩水，第二天去的汽車樂園，小朋友能玩上兩天。接駁車像景區的觀光車，坐起來很舒服，接送也很及時方便。
感謝管家甜甜，非常靠譜。我們是12點多到的，很快就安排好了房間。還給小朋友送了小玩具歡迎水果等小禮物，讓人進來第一印象的感受就很舒服。入住期間諮詢的問題都回復的很及時，都能完美解決。
很滿意的一次體驗，如果有機會還會再來。
