第一次來千島湖，很滿意，配套設施完善，服務人員熱情，管家湯圓很周到，還有萌寵樂園服務員橄欖也很熱情，對小孩很友善，有機會還來!

我們是兩個家庭7口人，三大四小。第一次來這裏，定的是四居別墅，辦理的時候前台幫我們升級了八居室，我們去到別墅一看，有點偏僻，然後我們房間需求不多，覺得不適合，有點空曠，位置倒是挺好可以看見湖，後來管家貼心給我們調整了兩套親子家庭房到主樓，我們都覺得很好，感謝管家湯圓，服務很周到，下次還來

帶娃入住，玩的設施很多，獨佔一個島環境很優美，去縣裡吃飯也很近，有鬧中取靜的感覺。去天嶼山很方便

整體體驗比較好，房間體驗比預期要好，免費升級了套房。管家浣熊服務很好，幫忙安排親子活動。等孩子大一些可以再來玩汽車小鎮，希望酒店也可以進一步升級設施。

帶着孩子和外婆入住了千島湖的開元酒店，客流量大，下午三點才可以入住房間，等了約1個多小時才入住，入住後有問題隨時諮詢客服“甜甜”，温馨服務和提醒隨時都在線，還是很給力的！酒店靠湖邊，環境不錯，孩子們玩的設施也不錯（不管是否下雨，室外、室內都可以盡情地玩）
