酒店的風景不錯，但是游泳池的工作人員態度實在是太差，非常的不專業，問一下路的態度很差，而且泳池也很不乾淨，游泳過程中還看到工作人員和一個長者住客發生言語沖突，態度也很不好。

因為颱風臨時改行程，退房比較倉促落下來一袋衣服，謝謝酒店員工李美花幫忙寄回來。
環境很不錯，泳池也不小，人不算太多。千島湖還是比較好玩的。美中不足就是時間比較短沒有多玩一下。另外酒店如果能與時俱進配上自助洗衣房那就完美了。

訂的3號樓湖景高級雙床房，房間直麪千島湖，湖景無敵了！服務員王竹鳳非常認真負責，不僅第二天早上幫我們打掃衞生，還送了橘子和月餅。總體來説相當不錯，美中不足的是房間設施有點老，另外早餐選擇有點少，其他都挺令人滿意。

該酒店的視角非常棒，可以坐收整個千島湖的美景，光是坐在陽台欣賞雲捲雲舒就很值回票價。同時，非常感謝王竹鳳、吳曉鋒兩位工作人員，不僅服務態度很好，打掃很乾凈，在中秋節的時候還會為酒店送上月餅、橘子等伴手禮，真的是很細心。
下次來千島湖，還會再選綠城作為度假酒店。
