Loved it so much… we just couldn’t leave! 💖 From a stunning suite on the 16th floor with jaw-dropping lake views, to dreamy breakfasts, afternoon tea, and even a canoe ride — pure bliss! Special thanks to Manager Joanna Zhang for making our extra-day stay seamless and keeping us in the same upgraded room. Service like this = unforgettable! 🌟

It’s a good hotel, I only expected more from a 5 star hotel. You can tell that the hotel is a bit older. But our family enjoyed the stay

Hotel is located near to the qiandao lake center, however room housekeeping requests is rather slow (had to wait 15-20min for any requests). And rooms can be a little dark and dim at night. Liu Xiang the housekeeper was really nice and friendly though.

Room is very spacious and very comfortable. It has a wonderful balcony facing the lake. Great place to chill in the evening watching the sun set

Great view! Rich breakfast. The pressure of the shower was extraordinary.
The room had a balcony, which was great in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset and the silence of the lake.
