Every staff member I met was very friendly and provided smiling service throughout the whole process (not fake smile service). I give high marks to the staff and hotel managers. I personally feel that the fried noodles made by the hotel chef are good. The outdoor swimming pool is not open when it is cold, but the hot spring is open; the indoor swimming pool is large enough, and it is no problem for two adults and one child or two adults and two children to soak together. Probably because it is off-season, for the sake of customer experience, the hotel helps to upgrade the room type by 1 level for free, and the favorability increases. In order for the children to have fun, we later paid extra to upgrade to a higher-level room type. I will come again with my elders when the weather warms up.
