房間寬敞明亮，非常乾淨；大堂進去處是一扇圓形窗户，風景在裏面簡直是一副畫一樣，很震驚，酒店的設計師有水平；酒店其實是個度假村，周圍地方很大，到處都是樹，天然氧吧，各方面的體驗都很好。另外，感謝管家Amy的貼心服務

整個酒店都是五星級的標準，也讓我們享受到了五星級的服務呃，特別適合帶小朋友全家出行，短暫的假期過的充實而有趣，提一點點小建議，早餐時候的橙汁希望換成鮮榨的，晚餐自助餐還可以，但是還可以加強一下，每個餐品質量尚可，但是沒有哪個好吃到有記憶。

五一出遊去千島湖，必住洲際，獨佔羨山半島，環境優美，活動豐富，魚頭湯也好喝，早餐非常豐盛。度假好去處，還有管家服務，管家Amy非常負責任，諮詢的事情第一時間解答，並給出遊玩建議，非常貼心喲~

去千島湖糾結了好久選哪家酒店，最後還是安利了千島湖洲際，果然沒有失望呀，即使已經有些年限但是一步一景，還有這些原木的裝修風格太喜歡了，房間也很棒，設施保養的挺好的；親子湖景房和親子露營房都是很棒的，各有特色。這次因為酒店房間工程問題給我們做了升級，服務很周到細緻，早餐也對得起五星呀，唯一這個季節室外泳池温度太低了，衹能室內玩玩。太適合一家人度假休閑可以兩三天泡酒店。

環境：酒店的景色超級美，有山有水，空氣清新，賞心悦目，燈塔，半島湖吧很多拍照打卡點位，無論☀️🌧️都很出片。
服務：管家Kate非常貼心又用心，母親節提前準備了蛋糕，有任何需要都能隨時響應送到房間。而且酒店的工作人員都很友好，見到面會打招呼，每晚的夜床服務還很貼心的準備牛奶。
設施：作為親子酒店，房間裏面各種小童設施非常齊全，腳踩凳，恆温水壺，小童拖鞋枕頭浴袍牙刷……還幫忙提供了燙傷膏和指甲鉗，方方面面都很周到。娛樂方面，更是可以滿足孩子的各種需要，小火車，熊貓車，淘氣包，手搖船，游泳，畫畫，餵動物，住了5晚，孩子每天都玩的很開心。
