來千島湖旅遊房間給升級了最好的房間房間非常大還有一個陽台早餐也很不錯環境很好一樓還有娛樂設施有小朋友看書的區域體驗很好是一個不錯的選擇淡季出行性價比很高。

酒店位置很好，面朝千湖，裝修也屬於文藝風格很多書籍， 但是作為4星酒店他的衞生真的很不好，非常非常的差：地面還有垃圾，床單很臟還有破損，衞生間都還有上一任旅客留下的煙頭，污垢沒有清理，沐浴露也沒有補充（全空的），吹風機還是這種小小旅遊式 一點力氣都沒有。
設施：房間的裝修還是偏灰色，燈光真的沒搞懂，床頭燈光控制不了床頭燈卻能給衞生間開燈，關房間燈光還的跑去門口，真的不明白….

房間非常不錯，很新，設備很齊全，是有設計風格的，定了帶浴缸的房間，旁邊可以看到湖景，安靜舒服。大堂中庭的設計很出片，很像一個大型圖書館

居住體驗很好，整個酒店就像城堡一樣，喜歡歐式復古風，房間很大，浴室很舒服，還有個很大的露台可以看風景吃夜宵，樓下可以直接走到湖邊玩
