我們一家四口（帶一老一小外加一衹小泰迪都很滿意：車子開到小區地下停車場（有專門停車位）直達電梯12樓，進門就感覺房間很大（起碼80+平方）關鍵收拾得很乾凈，（15歲的女兒有潔癖找了幾圈沙發愣是沒找到一根頭髮絲哈哈哈）兩居一廳的房間非常有居家親切感，老母親很喜歡！兩張一米八大床很舒服，（就是床墊對於長者來説有點軟）大陽台觀湖景也是超預期（正對水上樂園）有大大的晾衣桿洗漱曬衣真的很方便，還有絕對的寵物友好（早晚可以在小區裏溜達）這點我特別喜歡！周邊早餐店去各景點都很方便，非常適合家庭出遊！性價比超高人均100+！女兒在邊上的阿爾法城的玻璃工坊燒了兩個小時的手工玻璃，太開心了！（燒玻璃價格比杭州便宜太多）真是不虛此行！本來想多住一晚，但是房間都訂滿了，房東也是非常給力，各種景點門票都能提供預訂，還能打折哈哈哈，去九龍溪漂流、大嶼山還有遊湖登島都非常方便，下次還會再住！

湖景景色超美，一家人進去就是哇塞哇塞，陽台很開闊，可以看到夕陽，房間裏也能看到山景，陰天晴天景色都非常美。帶着狗狗可以住到這麼舒服的發房子很幸運👍
衞生：衞生非常乾淨，比大多數酒店都要乾淨的多
設施：房間設施也很齊全，一改過去對民宿不好的印象哈哈

酒店對於喜歡東南湖的地理位置不錯，房間衞生較乾淨，白天周邊美景一覽無遺，樓下就是水上樂園，非常棒👍🏻但如果是在千悦居民宿那個方位就更完美了

一點都不乾淨差得很，水一開都流出來的是黃色的，床單被套也是那種家用的自己的，第一住這麼差的，電梯味道大的很，環境不好，也就一個，一個物理衹能來一個
衞生：一點點都不乾淨，自己家用那種床單被套，也沒有消毒的，屋裡也是環境極差，我平常不怎麼寫評價，這個真的很差，屋裡味道也大，説不上來的味道，很難聞，受不了，第一次給別人差評

很方便 有免費的停車位 拖家帶口行李多都不用搬來搬去 陽台外的湖景真的超好看 早上 中午 傍晚都不同景 看日落特別震撼 天嶼山就在旁邊 樓下吃飯也很方便
