Hotels with Breakfast in Chun＇an

The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

We came for a short getaway from hot Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. As the only foreign family in the hotel, we were treated very well and helped by the staff to get COVID tests in the town. Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

This is my second time to Qiandao Lake this year. I still live here. The scenery is good. The high-speed rail station has hotel-connected tickets, which is very convenient. The housekeeper Cora contacted us one day in advance to arrange the room. As soon as we stepped into the hotel lobby, they began to greet us and send us to the room. The hotel does not actively provide disposable items now, but they will still provide them if needed. I am very happy. The only bad thing is that the bathroom sound insulation is a bit poor. The sound of flushing and the voices of people next door can be heard.

Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

I stayed at Kaiyuan once when I was single. It had a good image. This time, when Xiaobao came to Qiandao Lake for his 6th birthday, I also chose Kaiyuan because there were many places for children to play. I originally booked a parent-child room, but they said that the location was being rectified, so they upgraded us to a lakeside room. The view of the lake was great. Knowing that it was Xiaobao’s birthday, they simply decorated the room and sent a beautiful birthday cake. It was very clean overall. The non-powered facilities in the outdoor amusement park were very good, and the indoor car town made the children linger. We also went swimming today, and my sister and sister had a lot of fun. Aunt Gong, the room attendant, saw Dabao’s homework on the table, so she replaced the typhoon light bulb with a high-wattage light bulb💡, which was really thoughtful; our housekeeper Duoduo also met our individual needs at any time and responded to our requests💝

This hotel is located next to Fish Street, which is very convenient for eating. The laundry area on the fifth floor has a very good view. Because we live on the first floor, the balcony is very large. The breakfast is also good. There is a welcome fruit plate on the first day. The front desk manager is a The handsome young man helped us book the high-speed rail bus and was very responsible. He also told us where to go to eat delicious food. The service staff who collected the room were also very kind. Disadvantage: Because we live on the first floor and go to the fifth floor for laundry, we cannot use the room lock. My room faced the children's entertainment area, so there were children making noise early in the morning. Another thing was that there was a front desk staff who had a poor service attitude. But the next day I responded immediately and gave him a fruit plate as an apology. He was very professional. , overall this is a good hotel

Overall is ok, with a great restaurant, and a chef making superb omelet. But there are 3 points that made the experience a bit disappointing: 1. the gym was temporarily closed. 2. The room I booked, a king Deluxe, was very very small, too small for being a Deluxe, and for a leisure hotel like this. The bathroom has no bathtub, and even not enough space for towels. 3. The staff was always apologizing for some inconvenient, but didn't instead try to solve the problem. For instance in the pool side, I asked for a couple of drinks with ice and straw: they had no straw and no ice there, and didn't want to ask the bar or the restaurant to bring, so I only can take it in that way, with their apologies. Really not what you expect in this kind of hotel.
