The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

I took my parents to Qiandao Lake to spend a weekend in the off-season. Sheraton is really suitable. It has a first-line lake view, the food in the hotel is also delicious, and there is an exclusive underground parking area. The butler will ask you if you need to park before you arrive and explain the location. Speaking of butler service, I have to praise the butler Xiao Fang, who is warm and friendly and responsive. Our needs were met very quickly and satisfactorily. I like Qiandao Lake and will come again next time.

The hotel is very suitable for traveling with children The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Children will have a blast in the outdoor swimming pool in summer. The overall decoration of the hotel is really holiday-style. There are large water features and sculptures outdoors... and the fragrance of flowers is always wafting. I felt Sanya in a trance. The outdoor Sensen Sports Field is a non-powered park. The playability and richness are much better than many public parks. Tree houses, zip lines, climbing, sand pits, balance beams, trampolines, etc. are rich and fun. The indoor park car town is similar to Nailbao, with two floors that are very luxurious. After breakfast on the day of check-out, the children went to play for another morning. The children were happy, and the mother could also rest assured in the room. You can feed small animals in the cute pet park, and you can interact with them up close. The alpacas and deer are very well behaved. There are also birds, lambs, rabbits, ponies and many other small animals. The hotel has a beach, where children play in the sand and watch the sunset. Who can tell whether it is by the lake or the sea? A peninsula extends from the beach. Watching the sunset there is super beautiful. At 7 o'clock in the evening, the beach starts a bonfire party. Around the bonfire, we jump and jump with Sen Sen Bobo. The breakfast is also very rich. Adults and children can find their favorite food. Check-in at the door and the seat are orderly. There are many people on holidays, so you will have to queue for a while. The staff is very considerate to bring toys to comfort the children. Fruits will be delivered in the afternoon. After checking in, the housekeeper Wenwen helped us take all the luggage up and took us to the room. She was very considerate to arrange our two-day itinerary. I booked a three-day, two-night package on Ctrip, and went to redeem it today. It feels very good. First of all, the transportation is very convenient. You can take the hotel shuttle bus from the high-speed rail to Qiandao Lake Station to go directly to Junting Hotel for 15 yuan per person. Then I checked into the room and my eyes lit up. The room was spacious and bright, and there was also a large balcony. Standing on the balcony, you can see some lake water in the distance. Aunt Hong, the room attendant, was warm and polite. The meals during the two days of stay were also very good, and the service was in place. When some dishes were not available, the waiter would add them immediately to ensure the supply. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and smiling when checking in and out. When booking the return shuttle bus, they would also take the initiative to help me make an appointment.
