The location is right in the city center, not many tourists in the off-season, valet parking is great, drive to the hotel gate, someone will help you park in a locked parking lot, it feels very safe. The family room is huge! The beds can fit 2 adults and 4 children (if the hotel allows). We used this as a one night hotel stay before heading to the airport in the morning. The staff kindly helped my children check in and bring our numerous luggage to the room because my husband and I had to rush to Hertz to drop off the car. Sorry we didn’t tip as we didn’t know who you were! But thank you! We really should’ve stayed one more night and eaten at the 4.5 star google rated restaurant in the hotel. Can walk to shops + major car drop off. Apx NZD$30 Uber ride to airport!
