Value for money, clean modern fixtures,.semi self contained modern and new appliances. Comfortable queen size bed, 2 seater couch (cushion could be replaced). Overall all 10/10

Quiet place on a main road. While the property is getting a little tired in some areas, the bed was comfortable. Shower stalls are good, good supply of hot water
