Facilities: Excellent 👍 The bedding was very soft and comfortable, making it the most comfortable night's sleep I've had during my summer vacation. The air conditioning was powerful and quiet. The only drawback was that I couldn't leave the hallway light on at night, so I ended up leaving the bathroom light on, which shone through the glass next to the bed, affecting my sleep quality. A separate switch for the hallway light would have been much more user-friendly. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady was very meticulous and spotless. Environment: Parking was convenient. Service: The service deserves a five-star rating 👍. We received a complimentary fruit bowl upon check-in, and the front desk lady was very accommodating when we requested a room change mid-stay. The most commendable thing about the hotel is the hotel's attentive and welcoming cleaning lady. She proactively communicated with the front desk lady about the room change and even brought our dried clothes back to our room late at night. I was truly touched. She even went out of her way to provide me with a face towel I'd forgotten. The overall experience was excellent and highly recommended.
