They are accommodating and friendly. The room assigned to me was on the 31st floor so using the glass elevator to enjoy the city view was special but not for those who fear heights. There's a food street nearby if you want local delicacies, plus McDonald's, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut too. The Paradise Walk shopping area where the Apple Store is, is a bit of a walk up towards where the Ninth Street bars are. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.
