必須差評，首先，他們酒店全是那種窗户封閉了的，一點縫隙都打不開，整個房間的空調又是一棟大樓的中央空調總控，根本沒有辦法自己調節，房間很悶很熱，這種房和無窗房間有什麼區別，第二，房間正常是到第二天中午12點退房，但是房卡在中午11點半就已經不能刷，酒店大樓的電梯也不能刷，根本就到不到房間所在的樓層，導致我衹能到酒店大堂36樓多次找工作人員處理此事，我當時也給他們的工作人員説了這個情況，他們並未給出我滿意的答覆，第三，因為我週六辦理了入住就出門辦事了，也沒有檢查房間情況，晚上12點回來發現房間裏面沒有抽紙，還是我自己到前台去要的，作為一個酒店連最抽紙這種必需品都沒有提供的嗎？我也聯繫過平台反映，但是酒店方一直以客人已經離店也不做出有誠意的處理的處理方案，這家全季真是刷新了我的下限，沒有下次了，以後出行訂房都要慎重考慮全季的服務。

The hotel is in an excellent location. Downstairs is the large Longhu Jinsha Tianjie shopping mall and Shapingba high-speed rail station. The floor is high, the view from a distance is good, and the room is very quiet. There is a laundry room and dryer on the 36th floor. The breakfast is also delicious and rich in variety. If you have any requests, Manager Xiaoying will handle and answer them in the first time. The hotel service is great!
