春節去重慶，保險期間選擇了洲際，而洲際確實也沒讓我失望，即使是旺季，從入住到就餐，一切還是井井有條。
更令人驚喜的還是賓客關係部門，從入住前的溝通到入住後的貼心服務，完美詮釋了賓至如歸。謝謝小賀，小朱，小易，小關小竹和小蘇這些沒見面但每日接力熱心服務的員工。

非常滿意。交通便利，樓下就是地鐵站，和大型購物中心，一站式服務。房間無敵江景，城市璀璨夜景一覽無餘。步行可至洪崖洞等景區。

行政江景房間雖然不是特別大，但是加好床也不侷促，温度也很適宜；行政酒廊各個時段都體驗過了，服務細緻，甜品熱食小麪出品都不錯，辦理入住和退房的姑娘服務貼心，幫忙寄存行李，退房後也可以繼續休息，滿分好評：小潘，小孟，小然，小劉。
