親子套房的房間很大，節假日性價比不錯，酒店的早餐小麪很好吃，去天生城方便，天生城夜景很美，酒店天台還可以曬衣服

5.1節假日漲價都算了，那你服務就要跟上吧，酒店區域附近有施工單位早晨6點半施工，給酒店溝通協調噪音，酒店工作人員直接表示不予協調，而且酒店明明知道附近有施工噪音。。。。讓住客忍忍。。。那辦理入住的時候咋不説明情況呢。。。最後還是我們自己打的報警電話解決。。。。一般房間內有償消費都有標價提示。。。我們離店的時候告知按金被扣了5元。。。。第一次遇見馬桶墊收費的。。。。價值不超過5毛的馬桶墊還是有償消費品。。。服氣了。。。。。

作為常年出差的人，我很少去評論酒店，但這個酒店的做法確實拉低了對萬州的印象，一個一百多的房間，壓金要一百多，原先以為設施高大上，後來發現是為了方便扣錢，你在房間內售賣各種食品、飲料、計生用品可以，請把其明碼標價放在顯眼位置，你分散放在房間各處是什麼意思？最奇葩的是紙片樣的一次性馬桶墊居然也收費，要收費可以，你放洗漱台上呀，放在馬桶上故意誤導客人，退房才告訴要收費，整的心情都沒有了，反饋一下，還嘰嘰歪歪説半天是寫了收費的，那個客人在酒店自已房間上廁所會注意要不要收費？明明可以搶的，偏要用馬桶説事兒！
