非常感謝翰文賓客服務經理在父母還沒入住時就已經再三的詢問入住要求等等. 翰文在知道這是我年邁父母第一次到中國旅遊, 並了解到我不會陪同而特別關注父母入住五晚期間一切相關事宜. 父母入住時已經是凌晨12點, 服務經理還特地發微信告知, 好讓遠在國外的我放心！
父母對酒店服務, 豐盛的早餐都讚不絕口！套房寬敞明亮, 非常舒適, 配上迷人的江景, 讓他們住的很開心. 冰箱裡的飲料和瓶裝水天天補給. 打掃的阿姨每天準時到. 用餐時, 餐飲部的經理也會特別過來關注父母. 整體上翰文的貼心服務讓我們感到非常驚豔, 希望有機會我也可以親自體驗！

酒店離機場不遠，去各大景點也很方便。酒店房間乾淨舒適，每天都有小點心贈送，早餐特別豐富，自助晚餐也很棒，就連迎賓的司機也是微笑細緻服務。整體感覺非常好。
