However, we sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with the service fee and afternoon tea.Our one-day tour within Chongqing is a complimentary benefit provided to our in-house guests. We also offer a charged one-day tour within the city, and our in-house guests can make their own choices. For guests who sign up for the one-day tour, the front desk will clearly explain everything to them and also provide them with a list of the one-day tour, on which all the self-funded items are clearly marked. If you have any questions, you can call us or let us know on WeChat. The small transportation fee to Zhazi Cave is 20 yuan per person, and lunch is at your own expense (if you want to have lunch with the group, it will be 35 yuan per person). We didn't charge you any service fee. You really wronged us, dear guest.Our afternoon tea offers pastries, biscuits, bread, snacks, beverages, fruits (purchased according to the season), and tea (such as Yongchuan Xiuya tea, Tuo tea, and Laoying tea), etc. I don't understand what was not up to par. I would like to ask you what you think an ideal afternoon tea should be like, so that we can make timely adjustments. Thank you for your feedback.
