酒店位置很好，離華宇商業圈步行就可到達，對面100米是腫瘤醫院，交通也很方便，門口很多公交車酒店環境好乾凈衞生，服務員服務態度也很好，早餐餐廳食材新鮮，豐富多樣

自助早餐廳供應無牛奶，豆漿涼的不加熱，矮個子廚娘嘲諷住户喝了5瓶自製五穀雜糧漿是不是很好吃。既然你們員工認為難吃，為什麼還拿出來提供給客人？是早餐湊數用嗎？！！

先説好的方面，位置還可以，在加油站旁邊，比較方便。裝修風格也比較簡約大方，前台妹妹也很温柔，整體衞生看着也不錯。
！！！接下來是非常差評的地方：打掃衞生的工作人員真的很沒有素質，大中午一點鐘，午休的時間段在走廊裏大聲説話，使勁關門。
我訂個中午時間的鐘點房，就是為了稍微休息一下，結果1點鐘睡，1點30左右就被吵醒了，聲音大到真的沒法再入睡，收拾下樓不到2點就退房了。
剛被吵醒的時候，還以為是哪個房間在打麻將，迷迷糊糊沒完全醒，然後聲音逐漸接近，才發覺是關房門的聲音。不僅關門很使勁，聲音很大，還在走廊裏喊人、聊天。你們沒有進行業務培訓嗎？可不可以錯開午休時間段再打掃衞生，或者前台可不可以告知打掃衞生的人員，同一層有房間被訂出，午休時間段動靜搞小一點？
本來之前入住體驗感還可以，這次真的很無語！

錦江都城酒店房間很好，乾淨整潔，環境安靜，前台服務好，很貼心，還給我們送了早餐，位置在重慶大學附近，出行、用餐也非常方便，下次還住。
