I pre-booked a room for 4 nights at the DC Hotel. I paid in full in advance on my Credit Card. I received an email from the DC Hotel the next day confirming my booking and confirming receipt of payment. I arrived at the hotel on the day of my booking. I was told that they had no rooms. They pointed over the road to another hotel and suggested that I try there. I showed them that I had a confirmed and paid for booking. They didn't care. I was left having to raise a DISPUTE with my Credit Card company to get my money back AND with having to find another hotel without notice. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.
