I’ve always wanted to visit Sapporo, Hokkaido, I finally got the chance to this December. I always try to stay at Bonvoy/ Marriott properties however the location in Sapporo city was booked, so I chose Eniwa. While it’s not in the city, the location is great. The hotel is located a short taxi ride from the train that connects the city with the airport. You can get to the hotel within 15 to 20 minutes from the airport or the city. The taxi ride to the hotel trol the station is about $10 US. Now onto the hotel, the hotel. First and foremost, the staff. The staff was amazing, I felt like I was at a five star hotel., they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The hotel itself is very new, the rooms are a little on the small side but very comfortable and immaculate. The bed was perfect, great pillows and sheets, I slept like a baby every night. Another thing that I loved about the hotel, during the winter most hotels in Japan turn off their air conditioning systems, us foreigners can’t handle the stuff rooms, now sure how the Japanese can. Fortunately, they leave their AC on year round! Thank you Fairfield Eniwa for a perfect stay! I can’t wait to visit again.

It is a relatively cheap part of the business hotel near chitose station, but the service is more than the passing point. There is no problem with the front desk staff, the coffee service in the lobby, and the making of the room. Especially recommended is the content of Japanese food for breakfast (880 yen). There are many side dishes in the form of a fixed meal, and the taste is good with the contents of the true baked goods, how much, etc., Hokkaido feels. The breakfast venue seems to be a tavern at night, and I was interested in 980 yen for all drinks, but it was check-in after dinner, so I don't use it this time. I would like to try if I have a chance to visit again. However, it is difficult to have a western style room with tatami mats because there is no office desk.

Super spacious clean room with well maintained bathtub. Has an Aeon Mall nearby, about 5-7mins walk. Some eateries too including KFC. Sadly, hotel stopped airport transfers. About 10-15 mins walk from subway station. When we arrived, had to drag our luggage through the thick snow roads was an absolutely horrendous experience. Thank god we found luggage forwarding services & the rest of journey was so much at ease without our luggage.

A great hotel on the way to the airport, stayed for one night, the hotel is not big, the rooms are also tiny but everything is necessary. The hotel is near the subway branch, you can get to the center or airport if the flight is not very early. The staff was very responsive, we were with ski equipment, we were allowed to leave it down to not drag it into the room, so we asked to call a taxi in the morning that would take us with the equipment, the taxi was exactly at the time. There is a thermal pool on the first floor, as well as everything necessary up to the haircut. Nearby, a huge supermarket and one stop atlet. On the last day we managed everything)

Likes: Hotel allows you to choose the type of pillow you would like - there is a rack on display at the hotel lobby and you can just take what you prefer! Good choices too - e.g. down pillow, sponge pillow etc. JR Inn Chitose is very centrally located just next to the Chitose JR Station. There are two 7-Elevens just outside the hotel - very convenient for buying breakfast items which you can then microwave back at the hotel on Level 2. There is also an indoor hot bath on Level 2 of the hotel. There is free parking on site if you have a car. The room is very clean, about the size of other Japanese hotel rooms. Toilet is Japanese-size but very clean and well appointed. Disliked: Breakfast option at the hotel is very limited. There is a Yayoi restaurant next door to the hotel and connected by an internal door. From early morning, the Yayoi only serves hotel guests and it has a basic breakfast set menu for 900 yen. Price is ok but the set doesn't taste so good. Can try once but after that you may probably prefer 7-Eleven!

We have stayed at hotels located in or very near major airports. Some have been good, but we have found those actually in the airport usually practice treating guests as prisoners who don’t have other good options. Service there is usually average at best and care of the property is often marginal. Not so with the Sapporo Portom International. We wish every major airport in the world had a hotel just like it. It is new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and run by a professional helpful staff. Our room was a Superior Twin, a typical shoe-box shaped hotel room, this one on the big side. Those who frequent hotels know the typical shoe box room will suffice as long as it’s clean and the water is hot, but you also probably notice some owners do a lot more than others with their rooms to make guests comfortable. This room has all the latest high tech, from lights to tv to curtains to outlets for charging. There’s a safe, fridge, and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a little wet room with separate tub and shower. However, unlike many Japanese hotel wet rooms we encountered, the shower was western style (rather than the onsen-style with both shower and faucet, sitting stool and big bowl). However, if you want an onsen bath, the real thing can be accessed on the 4th floor of the hotel where there is everything you need to cleanse and then soak in a public bath of hot mineral water. The hotel also appears to be designed to facilitate quiet and rest. It’s purposely dimly lit and located at one end of the international terminal away from other airport services. It has black-out curtains. The location, which helps keep it quiet, is about 15-minutes' walk from the domestic terminal where most of the airport’s services are located (just a Lawson's convenience store nearby the hotel as well as a Visitor Welcome Center type place). Even if your itinerary doesn’t take you to the domestic terminal side of the airport, if you have time, you’ll likely want to peruse the many shops and restaurants over there. If you’re technology challenged, make sure to quiz the staff member who accompanies you to your room on room features and how they work. At checkout we were provided an airport cart and they loaded our luggage on it for us. This cart together with moving walkways between the international and domestic terminals removed a lot of the burden of crossing the airport on foot with luggage. We wanted to avoid rushing from the Sapporo city center to catch a 40-minute train or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. The Sapporo Portom International was perfect, plus it afforded us a final onsen experience in Japan. Please build more.

There is no one at the hotel to check in. The first check-in requires some effort. It is not suitable if you have an early flight. It is a completely barren place... There is not even a supermarket... You can't get a taxi in the morning. Generally speaking, the hotel room is good, but the surrounding area is inconvenient.
Move forward at Fairfield Hokkaido Naganuma, your ultimate destination for a comfortable and convenient extended or overnight stay in Hokkaido, Japan. Located adjacent to Michi-no-Eki Maoinooka and its observation deck overlooking Ishikari Plain, our Hokkaido hotel offers well-appointed lodging designed for a pleasant stay. Additional Naganuma attractions near the hotel include a guest ranch where adults and children alike can enjoy petting animals, playing “park golf” and wandering an adventure maze. There is also a winery that produces wine from grapes grown in its vineyards. Our friendly staff is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and the best value among all Hokkaido hotels. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

This is a hotel in a very quiet and peaceful location. You can't pay for purchases in the hotel with cash... I didn't know that. I brought my card with me, so that was a relief, but as someone who prefers cash, I was surprised! The staff are all very friendly and attentive! I had a very comfortable stay. In the hotel, you can drink all kinds of coffee (cafe latte, espresso, tea, etc.) and miso soup as much as you like. I enjoyed the luxurious taste of the coffee ground from the beans, while looking at the roadside station through the glass windows... I had a relaxing time😊 The rooms are also nice! I highly recommend it!

SSnowyTravellorPros:
1. Hotel is conveniently located in the Domestic airport terminal. The lift actually brings you directly to the arrival/departure hall
2. Free breakfast & Onsen
3. Get to see the planes up close. Runway is right outside the window
4. Near to shopping street
Cons:
1. Hotel is a bit old (it’s clean though), need to use physical keys to open door kind
2. Domestic terminal closes at 11.30pm, so must make sure to reach before then. All other shops and convenient stores closes early
GGuest UserThe hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Chitose station, which is 15 minutes and 2 stations from New Chitose Airport. Reception is friendly and efficient. The room is clean and comfortable and absolutely very good value for money. Downstairs is a restaurant, and although everything is in Japanese, it can quite easily be mastered with the present day’s apps for translation. The service is very friendly and the price is more than good. We had several lovely dishes and a lot of cold beers and were still surprised how modest the bill had run up. In the morning a shuttle bus to the airport is offered at various time intervals, it takes you there in about 15 minutes. Excellent place to stay in its class.
GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the room, the public bath and the breakfast. I stayed at several hotels at the age of 1000, but this route inn is the best. The room was a comfortable room with an airweave bed. Airweave is only supported by top athletes and can sleep very comfortable. I recommend staying in the airweave room even if the accommodation fee becomes a little higher. The awakening is the best like a lie. It is also impressed with the public bath. It is comfortable here because the air in the dressing room is clean and clean 々 and there is no steaming feeling. Is it because it works with nanoe? Breakfast with a lot of items is delicious with white rice. There was an explanation using Hokkaido rice. Only one thing that felt good was the start time of breakfast at 6:30. If the plane from Shin Chitose Airport is before 8, it will be hard to eat breakfast in a hurry. I feel that there are many people who think it would be good if it started at 6:10 at least. It is a hotel with no stress at all.
GGuest UserYou can get off at JR Chitose Station from New Chitose Airport and check in through the communication passage on the 2 floor. Even if you get off the train and walk slowly, you will arrive in 5 minutes. The room was large and the bath and toilet were separate, so it was easy to use. Breakfast was free. There is no dinner, so you may use the gast on the 1 floor. There is an ion diagonally in front of you, so you don't have to worry about eating and drinking. However, be careful not to buy too much, and the refrigerator may not be able to enter because it is small. There are many other restaurants. There is no hotel in Kitahiroshima, so it is convenient for the ball park in Kitahiroshima. JR 20 min, walking from Kitahiroshima Station to Ball Park did not take 30 min. Even if JR stops in snow, there is a bus from Chitose Station to New Chitose Airport, so it is safe even in heavy snow. Cheaper than JR.
GGuest UserThis hotel is the most frequently stayed hotel when staying in Chitose City. The attraction is that the parking lot is free and you can park before and after your stay. And it is very convenient because there is a free transfer between the hotel and New Chitose Airport. We also pick up and drop off at Chitose Station. In addition to the bathroom in the guest room, there is a large communal bath for men and women, although it is not a hot spring. The breakfast buffet lineup is also substantial and very delicious. You can also receive coffee service and tea pickles service for free as a midnight snack. There is no convenience store in the building, but there is a convenience store across the national highway.
GGuest UserWe used it for the previous night of airport use. The hotel itself feels a bit old, but the cleaning was a neat impression. There is also a large bath where you can use towels freely, and the amenities are firm, so you can take a bath and sleep without preparing your own bath. You can stay without spreading your luggage. Also, breakfast was more substantial than I thought for the size of the hotel. The airport transfer was a reservation system until the day before, but it was comfortable to send it smoothly. However, there are at least two showers for the above public baths, and there is only a small bathtub in the public bath. The time when it was crowded was a little narrow. In addition, the dressing room of the onnayu is a specification that the guest locks every time, but there are many things that are not protected 々, and the child suddenly opens the dressing room of the onnayu / the door is half open I did. It was a very uneasy making as a user side ... I think it is safe to avoid using it by one woman based on the location. It is not directly related to the accommodation itself, but it seems that the soundproofing of the room is low, and it is heard to the alarm sound of the nearby room, the scream of the child, and the fool of the employee who seems to be waiting in the linen room. I thought it was not a very secure environment, so I really sleep and eat breakfast, but I think it is just a good hotel.
