We booked two rooms through Trip.com, but upon arrival, they gave us a different room than the one in the Trip.com booking.
We complained, but there was an agency between Trip.com and the hotel, and they said that the Trip.com information was wrong.
I was speechless. (I think Trip.com was largely at fault)
We talked to the agency and resolved the issue. They separated one room into twin rooms with attached beds. They also changed the other room to the room in the photo that was originally booked.
But this is not the problem. The color of the shower water was a bit strange, but I didn't notice because the water in the bathroom didn't drain. When I went outside, there was rust stains on the floor of the bathtub. Wow, I'm going crazy.
When I turned on the cold water, the disinfectant came out cloudy. It was the worst.
The worst. I will never go to this hotel again.
I think Trip.com is introducing this hotel as a 5-star hotel, and there are many problems with how they communicated with the middleman.
I am a Trip.com Diamond and have been disappointed so much lately that I am thinking about going back to **********. The prices seem to be the same and if you collect 10 coupons there, you get a 10th of the average price back. Thinking about it and calculating, I think it is much better than Trip.com rewards. Trip.com, please come to your senses. Finding new customers is important, but please treat your current members well.

The hotel was quite empty when i was there except for the natural clay tennis courts which were quite busy. They served us few guests in their giant dining room. Food was good; breakfast quite scant. (this is supposedly a 5 star) Individual service is good. If comoing from the airport, arrance for them to get you a taxi (and going back...generally under $5 US. Never grab a taxi at the airport, inlesss you are using a local app that gets you a good price Also beers and such quite expensive in the hotel but each room has a fridge and the is a gas station with large convenience store just left of the hotel. Everything there is cheap and you can use western credit cards. All in all I had a very nice stay there

Ran into the issue of not having hot water during my stay.. after a long travel, balcony door would not close, the ceiling in the bedroom was low - had to be cautious not to hit my head when getting out of bed. Overall not worth the $230.

Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell’albergo e non trovo le parole per descrivere quanto male è andato. Mi sono vergognata davanti alle persone che avevo invitato. Cibo era scarso e di pessima qualità.
