Because this is a chain, it is quite disappointing compared to other European countries.
Cons: Bad location, not in the city center. Although the room facilities are complete, it is not luxurious at all. As soon as I enter the door, I regret it. But I haven't lived in other local homes, so it's hard to compare.

Best hotel in Chisinau which can take 200£ per night because other hotels are overpriced. Sleeping quality was superb, service was excellent. Service in rooms was great also add ons great, surprised me that even sleepers you can home :) definitely worth it and I will definitely will comeback soon.

Останавливались в этом отеле на прошлой неделе, остались в полном восторге. Номера в идеальном состоянии, все новое, комфортная подсветка, удобная и большая гардеробная, минибар, рум-сервис - все на высшем уровне. Теперь в Кишиневе останавливаться будем только здесь! Обходительный персонал на ресепшене и просто боги сервиса в ресторане отеля! Отдельный привет и благодарность официанту по имени Адам - просто лучший! Успехов вам и до новых встреч!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely restaurant and bar with another delicious menu. There is a very nice spa but we did not have time to use it.
