We have stayed at this hotel several times, which is located in the middle of the capital but also quiet on the edge of a large park with lakes. We combine this with family visits that are too small to stay there with our family. The hotel and adjacent swimming pool ("club") are separate companies, so hotel guests also pay access to the swimming pool. Affordable for Western Europeans. Since autumn 2023, the management couple Maria and Mihail have been running this hotel and the atmosphere and service have improved enormously. This couple and the reception staff are also very helpful with making restaurant reservations, arranging taxis or, for example, arranging a nice excursion to one of the many wine castles in the country. It is an ideal family hotel, also for the sporty businessman who prefers a daily run in the park or swimming laps in the pool, than sitting in a smoky hotel bar until late at night. There is no extensive breakfast buffet, but a healthy breakfast with fresh regional products is prepared on request, and a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner are also possible in Club Royal Park. In the park there are two more very good restaurants and at the exit of the hotel there is a pizzeria, supermarket, pharmacy and the bus stop (line 4) to the center.
