Sky Park Hotel

Stayed in March 2024. I have stayed at this hotel many times. This was the first time I booked through Trip.com. The website said it was a one night, two meals plan, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told it was a one night stay without meals. We argued over the counter, but no one could come to an agreement. I called Trip.com and explained the situation. They admitted that I had booked a one night, two meals plan, but the hotel had received the reservation information from the wholesaler, Rakuten Travel, so I decided to hang up and wait to confirm with Rakuten Travel. When I called back, Trip.com proposed that I pay the hotel for two meals at once, and then Trip.com would transfer the amount later. There was no guarantee that the money would be transferred, and if it wasn't transferred, it would be a loss for us, so it was not a very good idea, but dinner time had already started, so I accepted it. I paid for the meal at the front desk, ate, and sent the receipt to Trip.com from my room. After I told them my transfer details, the amount was transferred the next day, so there was no expense for me, but I hope this never happens again.

5連泊阪急トラピックスのツアーで利用しました。6月のボイラー故障以来の各旅行会社の口コミが非常に悪く心配しながらの利用でした。近くにはコンビニすらなく、朝食も夕食もこちらで。ビュッフェ、フレンチ、和洋中、中と日替わりでそこそこ美味しかったです。問題はフロントの日本人スタッフと、外人スタッフとの縦と横の意思疎通。一例をあげると、レストランには外人スタッフしかいない。フレンチのコースで、ステーキがレアだったので、ミディアムにしてと頼むと、20分経っても出て来ない。理由不明。催促するとあと5分と。結局デザートも紅茶も出た後、30分たって、同じテーブルの他の客が食事を終わって帰って、ようやくミディアムで出て来る。日本語が分からなかったらしい。ホットウーロンを頼むと常温で出て来るなどなど。毎日何かのハプニングがあり、添乗員にお願いして対処してもらいました。人件費を抑えてそれが客に跳ね返ってきていると思いました。

I stayed here for several nights in early September. Tokyo was experiencing scorching hot days, but this hotel, located at an altitude of nearly 1,500m, had a refreshing plateau feel and was comfortable. The room I stayed in was on the Kurumayama side (parking side) of the prominent Kurumayama Plateau, to the right of the front desk, but there were only a few cars belonging to hotel staff parked in the parking lot, and in the mornings, I would occasionally see guests walking their dogs. On a clear day, the radar dome and Kurumayama Terrace at the top of Kurumayama Plateau were clearly visible. In the lobby, Mt. Tateshina could be viewed from the sofa along with Lake Shirakaba. There were many Nepalese staff members among the hotel staff, and they were happy to greet me with "Namaste" when I entered the restaurant.

Approximately 40 minutes by shuttle bus from Chino Station. The city of Chino is also at a fairly high altitude, but it is located on Kurumayama Plateau, where you can see the city far below. It was still hot at Chino Station, but the area around the hotel was comfortable. Then check in at the spacious lobby. It was more than I expected so far, but that's about it. To get to your room, you have to go up and down the elevator and walk quite a bit, and the view from your room is only around the area around the hotel. Also, the buffet dinner is just ordinary food and not very tasty. There are no booths where the staff grills or fries food right in front of you. In the end, the hotel was disappointing.

This is my second visit. It's the autumn foliage season in November. The view is still beautiful, but the food doesn't seem to be worth the price of the accommodation. There is a reasonable variety and the taste is good, but I think the quality of the ingredients is a little off considering the price of the accommodation. The breakfast is not bad. It may be possible to just have breakfast, but there are hardly any restaurants in the area, so I don't think it's very practical. I've seen comments saying that the quality of the food has declined due to COVID, so I hope that this will improve in the future...

There was nothing around, so I felt like I was in the middle of nature. The food was a buffet both in the evening and in the morning, with a wide variety of options, all delicious, and very satisfying. There were also local ingredients. The bath wasn't that large, but it had an open-air bath and a sauna. The morning bath in particular had a great view and felt great. The walking trails around the hotel were also nice. They were easy to walk on, and although they were mountain paths, they seemed well maintained. It was a hotel I would like to visit again.

Arrived early and check-in is not yet possible, but most hotels allow you to do the formalities first, so I went to the front desk. The male staff member replied that the formalities start at 3pm. I killed time elsewhere and returned 20 minutes before, and they were already doing the formalities. His words and actions don't match, so I got a bad impression. I was with my dog ​​and our room was room 1124. We were on the left side of the hotel, on a muddy road under construction. The entrance was a dirty rusty door, and there was a partition 1 meter away from the outermost room. "No dogs allowed beyond this point." What a cold hotel for dogs. If they treat us like this, they should just stop allowing dogs to stay there. Don't do things half-heartedly. After a while, I tried to turn the lights on... but there was no electricity. Neither the phone charging nor the heating worked. I contacted the front desk, and the maintenance staff came but it wasn't fixed, so we moved to room 1125 across the street. The lights worked in the room so I was relieved. After taking a bath, it got cold in the evening so I turned the heating on but it didn't work at all. What on earth is going on with this hotel??? It didn't get better so we moved to room 1117 again. We had to repack our luggage for the third time and move. The hotel looks nice from the outside but it has no soul at all. If it were me I wouldn't switch the maintenance staff and the manager. My fun-filled trip has turned into anger. It was a sad trip. I wonder if this hotel will go out of business sooner or later? The president's footing is terrible. I will never stay here again. Everyone please be careful.

天候は荒天、雨でしたが これは評価には関係なし フロント、ロビーは可もなく不可もなく 部屋も可もなく不可もなくという感じ ただ、フロントの建物と宿泊棟は、 外から見たら別の棟ですが、地下で連絡通路で繋がっていて、往き来は それぞれ地下に降りて、通路通って、上に上がるって算段 これが、はっきり申し上げて 面倒くさいこと、この上無し! 食事は、会場が狭く、それでストレス掛かる感じ 料理は、可もなく不可もない

西側は車山、東側は八ヶ岳から蓼科山まで晴れていればダイナミックに見渡せる位置にあります。地形の制約からか、建物が細長いので部屋によって東西どちらか片方だけの景色が見えるのですが、十分楽しめます。奥行きが取れないため、共有スペースの多くが細長い作りなのはご愛敬です。
