He visitado el hotel varias veces por trabajo, pero en esta ocasión tuve una muy mala experiencia. Al acostarme me di cuenta que las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas y presentaban signos de uso. Lo más decepcionante fue que al informar la situación al personal, no recibí ninguna disculpa ni solución adecuada. Esto es muy bajo del estándar esperado.

Nos encantó; no sé cuánto tiempo lleva el hotel, pero parecía nuevo todos los espacios muy limpios y bien mantenidos, tanto los comunes como la habitación. La habitación hermosa, espaciosa y confortable. De verdad que quedamos maravillados y volveremos siempre que podamos solos o en familia. Es un 10 de 10. Felicitaciones a la administración porque se nota que se preocupan de cada detalle.
