Nos encantó; no sé cuánto tiempo lleva el hotel, pero parecía nuevo todos los espacios muy limpios y bien mantenidos, tanto los comunes como la habitación. La habitación hermosa, espaciosa y confortable. De verdad que quedamos maravillados y volveremos siempre que podamos solos o en familia. Es un 10 de 10. Felicitaciones a la administración porque se nota que se preocupan de cada detalle.

Muy buena atención. La habitación cómoda, bonita y limpia. Desayuno variado y rico. El restaurante tiene una buena carta tanto de platos como de cocteles variados. El estacionamiento es amplio. Sin duda mi lugar favorito para alojar en Chillan.

mi experiencia en el bufet deja mucho que desear los productos de dulces no es de buena calidad productos congelados ya que faltan mas productos artesanales y el único que estaba era un pai de limón y no tenia mucho sabor a pai que estado en mas hoteles y ustedes están al deber con su bufet

La cama muy cómoda, la pieza apropiada para descansar así como para trabajar pues cuenta con un escritorio, enchufes, lamparita y buena conexión a Internet. El desayuno de excelente calidad y el personal muy amable. La limpieza excelente y las instalaciones en muy buen estado.
