在智利，即便是五星級酒店也大多設施陳舊。這家店很新，很像中國的配置，尤其在奇廉這樣的城市很少見。另外位置好，就在市政府門口

Mis peticiones especiales fueron, una buena vista y habitación cercana al ascensor, ambas peticiones fueron satisfechas a cabalidad, la vista increíble con puesta de sol, y muy cerca del ascensor, estadía perfecta. Sin embargo, quisiera hacer dos alcances, el primero, que No teníamos la certeza del horario de desayuno, porque según la información proporcionada en recepción nos indicaron hasta las 10:30, más en la información que figura en la pantalla de tv de la habitación señala hasta las 11, y la segunda observación es en relación a las puertas de acceso en que intentamos abrir al menos 6 puertas de las cuales ninguna estaba operativa (cuestión que lejos de molestar, nos causó gracia), como sugerencia sería señalizar cuales son las habilitadas.

Pésimo servicio, el check in inicia a las 15 horas y son las 17: 30 y la habitación aún no está lista al consultar a recepcionista, indica que no hay libro de reclamos y hay otros pasajeros que también están esperando por su habitación.

Siguiendo en nuestro regreso al norte pasamos la noche en Chillán, porque es un hotel pet friendly. Es un hotel moderno, inaugurado recién hace un mes. Buenas habitaciones, con una calefacción muy agradable, se podía dormir muy bien, buenas camas, el agua caliente en el baño, funcionaba perfectamente. El desayuno muy variado y bueno, además tienen thermo con café durante todo el día. Como llegamos al anochecer cenamos en el hotel, aún no tienen patente de alcoholes, que se puede entender, el punto a mejorar es que les faltaban muchísimas cosas del menú, solo tres bebidas sin azúcar y tampoco tenían agua tónica de ningún tipo. La atención en recepción y al desayuno buffet (que está incluido en el precio) fue muy buena, el personal muy amable.
