The hotel is in a great location and pet friendly! Very accommodating to puppies. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and the efficiency in solving problems is very high! It’s just that the house is too cold this season and the hot water is not very good. The soundproofing is not that good either. I encountered an uncultured parent who didn't take care of his child and was still making noise in the corridor after 9 o'clock in the evening. After I complained, the front desk handled it promptly. This must be praised.

The room is quite big, the facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. I would like to thank the service staff. When I left, I left my child's iPad in the room. The waiter notified me in time. I was in a hurry by car, so I didn't thank them solemnly. Thank you.

Newly opened in 2024, the housing facilities are good. It's quite comfortable to live. I live on a higher floor, and I can see the urban landscape and the birthplace of Hongshan culture, Hongshan! Downstairs is surrounded by the old city, the fireworks are very strong!

The sound insulation effect is very good, ensuring a good rest environment. The hotel's service is also very thoughtful, the staff is warm and friendly, making people feel the warmth of home. All in all, this hotel is worth a try. It is worth mentioning that there are many business districts around the hotel, which are within walking distance, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. During the stay, I rested in the room at night and could hardly hear any noise from outside, which was very relaxing. One night, I watched TV in the room. The TV programs were rich, the pictures were clear, and the sound quality was very good, which made me enjoy a pleasant night.

Located in the bustling area of Chifeng City, a good hotel, old brand. Facilities are OK. The hotel's dining is good, there are many food restaurants around, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the train station.

Great stay, as said in previous review hotel meet our expectations and more. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area, checking in process was smooth for foreigners and rooms are large and clean. Bed is comfortable and room came equipped with a bath tub. Will stay again in future

I chose Atour Hotel for this business trip to Changchun, Dalian and Chifeng. I have to say that the beds are really comfortable and fit very well. Small details, hotel bathrooms in different cities have two 75% alcohol disinfectant tablets, and the toilet papers are stacked in the same way, reflecting the company's homogeneous management; the late-night porridge is also very thoughtful, and the breakfast is also delicious. The service is of course great.

離紅山萬達很近，出行方便，酒店內設施齊全，智能語音，是新酒店所以整體環境感覺不錯，但房間衞生維護較為粗糙，桌面一層灰，毛巾上還有頭髮，但服務還是不錯的，應答很及時，解決也很快。

Because the marriage downstairs is noisy, it is upgraded to a deluxe room on the eighth floor for free. It is very intimate. Thank you for the front desk staff on duty that day. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious, the aunt who cooked the noodles was very enthusiastic, and the restaurant waiter cleaned the table very diligently and promptly. It is recommended to add room temperature drinks for breakfast (sour plum soup orange juice or water). I was thirsty at breakfast, and the result was all hot milk hot soy milk hot porridge (too hot, I went outside to buy water to drink). Overall, it is highly recommended to stay.

Chifeng is so beautiful! Every time I come, I am very happy and have good friends! There is delicious! There is also my favorite smart hotel, the runway next to the hotel! Lisa at the front desk helped open the room in the middle of the night, and helped to invoice in the morning, especially worried about disturbing. The cleaning staff on the sixth floor is really good, the city is very warm because of every ordinary person!
