The cleaning aunt cleaned the room in a timely manner. She went out for a morning and came back to the room. The shower water in the room is a bit small, the water is a bit fork, it is recommended to change it The hot water is either very hot, or it becomes cold water. The adjustment degree cannot be grasped. It is recommended that the hotel re-adjust the water temperature. In addition, there are three elevators in the building where the hotel is located. This elevator is a bit like a freight elevator. At the same time, it has been waiting for a long time, but the operation speed is very fast. I see that there should be a passenger elevator next to it. Can you coordinate it? I will go up and down from the passenger elevator in the future. The elevator is not set up and does not swipe the card, resulting in the takeaway brother, non-tenants can be unrestricted up and down, safety may have problems, see if this can be improved.

We had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful. The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise. Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another! As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles. This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old. (The attached photo was taken on the third day. And the location of the hotel is excellent, there are shopping malls, attractions, and it is very convenient to go out to play or shop. When I checked out, the staff also sincerely thanked me for staying and welcomed me to come again next time. Such a great hotel, I will definitely choose it next time I come here!
